Cape Town, owned and run by the Ahmed brothers as we go through
some of the local favourite spices
and find out the important role spice
had to plan in the early establishment of Cape Town

Visit a local home in the Bo-Kaap
community for a local taste of the
Cape Malay cusine and a talk with a
local resident of the Bo-Kaap
community

Visit the Honest Chocolate cafe for a
taste of Cape Town’s favourite dark
chocolate
Visit the Greenmarket Square the orginal fruit and vegtable market and
browse around the lovely african
market.

Try a local South African boerewors
roll on a traditional South African braai.

The Adderley Street flower market to
see some of the most loved local
flowers in Cape Town

Taste traditional biltong and
broewors another local favourite and a definate must try in Cape Town

Walk through the beautiful Company
Gardens the orginal refreshment
station for the Dutch East India Company, for a traditional tea in the garden

End the tour at Mama Africa one of Cape Town’s oldest African restaurants for South Africa’s national dish the bobotie
